Sony Streamlines Business, Creating “One Sony”
Sony just unveiled their new management plan, which is supposed to streamline decision-making process, calling the concept “One Sony”. Sony plans to focus their efforts on the three divisions they are excelling in: digital imaging, gaming, and mobile devices – expanding research and development and hoping to strengthen the integration of all of Sony’s multimedia devices.
