iOS 5 Beta 3 Released to Devs, hours later jailbroken

The third beta of iOS 5 was released to developers earlier today, only to be jailbroken hours later. Albeit a tethered jailbreak, iPhone 3GS users with an old bootrom will be able to do it without being tethered. One “duh” update the new iOS brings is custom text message sounds – a feature that has been neglected, despite being available on other phones for years.

Sn0wbreeze 2.8b4 is the current method being used for the iOS 5.b3 jailbreak.
