Google Plus Suspension Party
Google+ has suspended a large number of user accounts without reason this week sparking mass complaints, emails, and Tweets. A few writers, a musician, and a former Google employee, to name a few, have reported losing access for no logical reason. Some of the issues have been reported as TOS (Terms of Service) violations, others as requiring “Name Verification” – as it apparently doesn’t like non-legal names. Some of the effected accounts were not only suspended access from Google+, but from all Google accounts.
Hopefully this issue is taken care of quickly. Our Google+ has not been effected yet, despite the first name being “That’s It Guys” and last name being “Tech News and Reviews” – which you’d figure would red-flag something.
