AT&T to Acquire T-Mobile

AT&T is set to acquire the T-Mobile in the US, which is currently valued at around $39 billion USD. The purchase is supposed to occur over the next 12 months and is supposed to help expand LTE into 95% of the US and increase current 3G coverage, especially in more rural areas.

Unfortunately, its likely that T-Mobile plans will be squashed & users won’t see unlimited plans anymore.
